The return policy

 

 

We are annoyed if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received.  We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. 

2. Used and damaged products are not available for return. 

3. Make sure the merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with labels and packaging. 

4. Please return the package within 7 days of your request and inform us of the return logistics number. Otherwise, the return & exchange application will be closed automatically and you will not be able to continue the return process.

5.If the package is returned to another address we cannot refund or exchange.

6. The return cost is on the buyer, which Payment on delivery is not accepted.
